研究了用高分辨电感耦合等离子体质谱(HR-ICP-MS)法测定纯铁及低合金钢中痕量磷的方法。在优化的仪器条件下,采用基体匹配,并用Sc为内标对基体效应进行校正。由于磷存在较严重的^15N^16O,^14N^16O^1H,^12C^18O^1H等多原子离子干扰,利用仪器的高分辨性能,选择中分辨率扫描可消除这些离子对测定磷的影响。磷含量在0.0002%-0.0050%(ω/%)范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9995。检测下限为0.00008%。方法用于纯铁和低合金钢标准样品中磷的测定,结果同认定值相一致,相对标准偏差为6%-17%,回收率为106%-116%。
A method for analysis of trace phosphorus in pure iron and low alloy steel by high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HR-ICP-MS) was studied. Matrix effect was corrected through matrix matching and Sc as internal standard element under optimized operating conditions.Interference from multi-atomic ions such as ^15N^16O,^14N^16O^1H,^12C^18O^1H could be eliminated hy choosing middle resolution (MR) on high resolution inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. A good linearity was found in the range of 0.0002%-0.0050%(w/%) for P and the correlation coefficient was 0.9995. The low limit of determination is 0. 00008%. The method has been applied for the deter-mination of trace P in pure iron and low alloy steel samples with the relative standard deviation of 6%-17% and the recovery of 106 %-116%. The results are in good agreement with the certified values.
