摘要
研究了锑(Ⅲ)与铍试剂Ⅲ的显色反应条件,建立了分光光度法测定微量锑的新方法。结果表明,在曲拉通X-100(TritonX-100)存在下,在pH 9.07的Na2B4O7-HCl缓冲溶液中,络合物的最大吸收峰位于556 nm波长处,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.98×105L·mol^-1·cm^-1,检出限为0.001 8μg/mL。10 mL显色液中,Sb(Ⅲ)在0.06-10μg范围内符合比尔定律,相关系数r=0.999 9。方法可用于铜合金中锑的测定,回收率在98.5%-101.2%之间,相对标准偏差为3.10%-7.70%,测定结果同原子吸收光谱法结果吻合。
The conditions for color reaction of Sb(Ⅲ) with beryllon Ⅲ were studied, and a new spectro- photometric method for the determination of micro Sb(Ⅲ) was established. Results showed that in the presence of TritonX-100, and in the presence of Na2B4O7-HC1 buffer solution at pH 9.07, the maximum absorption wavelength of complex and apparent molar absorptivity were 556 nm and 1.98×105L·mol^-1·cm^-1, respectively. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0.06-10μg for Sb(Ⅲ) in 10 mL solution with the correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The detection limit is 0. 001 8μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of Sb(Ⅲ) in copper alloy samples with the recovery of 98.5%- 101.2% and the relative standard deviation of 3.10%-7.70%. The results are in accordance with those obtained by atomic absorption spectrometry.
