摘要
目的探讨食管癌病人的外科治疗及有效的围手术期处理方法。方法回顾性总结分析2004年12月~2008年5月间共手术治疗58例食管癌病人的临床资料。结果本组58例中完成根治56例,2倒开胸探查后,改为胃空肠造痿术。术前含各种合并症36例,29例术后发生并发症,严重并发症5例,死亡2例。结论手术是食管癌病人的最好治疗方法。严密的围手术期处理是食管癌手术成功的关键。早期诊断、早期治疗,充分的术前准备,合并症的正确治疗,适当的麻醉和正确的手术操作及术后处理,是预防和减少并发病,降低手术死亡率的有力保证。
Objective To explore the surgery treatments for the esophageal carcinoma patients and the effectual peri - operative managements. Methods From December 2004 to May 2008, the experience of surgical treatment for the esophageal carcinoma in 58 patients was analyzed retrospectively. Results 56 cases was cured radically in 58, 2 cases was revised to put nutrition tubes by stomach or jejunum. 36 cases had coexisting diseases before operation, 29 cases had complications after surgery, 5 cases were very seriously among them, and there were 2 deaths. Conclusion Operation is the best treatment in esophageal cancer patients. Tight perioperative treatment of esophagealcancer surgery is the key to success. Early diagnosis and treatment, adequate preoperative preparation, the correct treatment of coexisting diseases, the appropriate surgical anesthesia and correct operation and treatment after surgery, are strong guarantee in prevention and reduction of complications and reduce mortality.
