脊柱中柱韧带结构对胸腰椎爆裂骨折手术疗效的初步探讨 被引量：3

摘要 [目的]探讨脊柱中柱韧带结构纤维环后缘及后纵韧带完整性对胸腰椎爆裂骨折手术疗效的临床意义。[方法]对Denis B型胸腰椎爆裂骨折患者采用经后路骨折椎体椎板减压复位短节段内固定手术治疗。[结果]术后复查腰椎X线片可见椎体高度及LSA、RSA均较术前有明显恢复，ASIA评分在术后3个月有0～2级的恢复，术前和术后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义，脊柱中柱韧带结构完整组患者术后影像学参数及术后神经功能评分均优于脊柱中柱韧带结构破裂组患者。[结论]经后路椎板减压复位短节段内固定手术治疗脊柱中柱韧带结构完整的DenisB型胸腰椎爆裂骨折近期随访观察发现能够达到解除神经压迫的目的，术后疗效优于脊柱中柱韧带结构破裂组患者。
