摘要
青年教师在中医院校教师队伍中所占的比例日渐提高,即将成为中医教学的中坚力量。但是,青年教师在教学中面临着许多困惑,如何采用可行性策略,充分发挥自身的优势,是中医院校青年教师值得思考的教学研究课题。
As the proportion of young teachers in faculty of higher education of Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） keeps rising, it is urgent for them to become the backbone of TCM education. However, they confront with lots of bewilderment in their teaching work. So, how to take practical strategy to exert tO their advantages is a research subject worthy of consideration for young teachers in higher education of TCM.
