扶正清瘿中药对自身免疫性甲状腺炎大鼠T细胞的影响 被引量:8

Effects of"Fuzheng Qingying Decoction"on T Regulatory Cell in Experimental Autoimmune Thyroiditis Rats

摘要 目的:探讨扶正清瘿方对自身免疫性甲状腺炎大鼠Treg细胞的影响。方法:复制实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)动物模型,分别给予扶正清瘿方、扶正方、清瘿方、地塞米松治疗,检测甲状腺淋巴细胞浸润分级指数、自身甲状腺抗体Tg-Ab、外周血T淋巴细胞CD4+、CD4+FoxP3+、CD4-FoxP3+细胞的变化。结果:扶正清瘿方较清瘿方和扶正方具有更好的调高T调节淋巴细胞的作用(P<0.05),地塞米松在各组中具有最佳的调高T调节淋巴细胞的作用(P<0.05),而清瘿方较扶正方具有更好的降低血清Tg-Ab抗体的作用(P<0.05)。扶正方组在甲状腺淋巴细胞浸润指数上较清瘿方为优(P<0.05),其作用与地塞米松相类似。结论:扶正清瘿方对自身免疫性甲状腺炎有较好的治疗效果,但不同配伍组方的作用各有所长,扶正方长于抑制细胞损伤,而清瘿方长于降低自身抗体。 Objective: To explore the effects of "Fuzheng Qingying Decoction" on T regulatory cell in the treatment of autoimmune disease. Methods: Experimental autoimmune thyroiditis (EAT) was modeled in rats and treated respectively with "Fuzheng Qingying Decoction", "Fuzheng Decoction", "Qingying Decoction" and dexameson. The thyroid lymphocyte index, Tg-Ab, CD4^+, CD4^+FoxP3^+ and CD4^-FoxP3^+ were detected. Results: "Fuzheng Qingying Decoction" and "Fuzheng Decoction" could upregulate T regulatory cell (P 〈 0.05), and dexameson upregulated it most obviously (P〈 0.05); "Fuzheng Qingying Decoction" decreased Tg-Ab more significantly than "Fuzheng Decoction" (P 〈 0.05) ;" Fuzheng Decoction" increased thyroid lymphocyte index more significantly than "Qingying Deeoction"(P〈 0.05), similar to dexameson. Conclusion: "Fuzheng Qingying Decoction" has good effects on autoimmune thyroiditis; while "Fuzheng Decoction" tends to prevent T regulatory cell and "Qingying Decoction" tends to decrease Tg-Ab.
