丹莪妇康胶囊对子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠异位内膜内免疫细胞的影响 被引量:7

The effects of Danefukang capsule on immunocytes of endometriotic tissue in the model rats

摘要 目的:研究中药复方制剂丹莪妇康胶囊(Danefukang capsule)对子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)大鼠模型在位、异位内膜组织中T细胞亚群及巨噬细胞数目的影响。方法:复制EMs大鼠模型,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、丹莪妇康胶囊低、中、高剂量组、阳性对照组,灌胃给药45天后,对在位、异位子宫内膜组织进行免疫组化染色,并用图像分析仪对其T细胞亚群、巨噬细胞定量分析。结果:与模型组相比,丹莪妇康胶囊中剂量组、高剂量组显著降低异位内膜组织内CD8+T细胞面数密度(P<0.05和P<0.01);中剂量组显著降低异位内膜组织内巨噬细胞数(P<0.05);虽然丹莪妇康胶囊对异位内膜组织内CD4+T细胞面数密度、CD8+T/CD4+T比值均有降低趋势,但未达统计学意义。结论:丹莪妇康胶囊能改善EMs大鼠异位内膜组织的免疫病理变化,主要是降低异位内膜组织内CD8+T细胞面数密度和巨噬细胞数目,可能是其疗效机制之一。 Objective: To study the effects of Danefukang capsule on T lymphocyte subpopulations and the number of macrophages in rats with endometriosis.Methods: The rats were induced by transplanting with endometrium surgically, and then were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,EMs group,the treated EMs groups with Danefukang capsule (0.50,1.00,2.00 g/kg) and Danefukang soft extract (7.59 mg/kg). After 45 days treatment, the density of CD8^+ T cells and CD4^+ T cells and the number of macrophages in endometrium and endometriotic tissue were determined by immunohistochemistry method. Results: Danefukang capsule signifieandy reduced the density of CD8^ T cells ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05) and the number of macrophages in endometriotic tissue as compared to untreated-EMs rats ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Danefukang capsule on rats with EMs is related to decreasing the density of CD8^+ T cells and the number of macmphages in endometriotic tissue.
