摘要
目的:探讨化疗患者的静脉护理。方法:对287例化疗患者的静脉护理情况进行总结,根据不同年龄、使用不同药物的患者进行观察。结果:287例化疗患者,1例发生化疗药物外渗组织坏死,5例发生静脉炎。结论:合理选择静脉、制定使用静脉计划、合理应用化疗药物的静脉注射方法,可以降低静脉的破坏。
Objective： To investigate nursing care for veins of patients with chemotherapy. Method： Through observing 287 patients of different ages treated by different drugs, to summarize the situation of nursing care for veins. Result： Among 287 cases, 1 case has tissue necrosis by chemotherapeutic extravasation, 5 cases have phlebitis . Conclusion.To select veins reasonably, make a program for using veins and applicate methods of intravenous injection reasonably, the damage of veins can be decreased.
