Energy reduction is a basic state policy of China. Fenjiu is famous Chinese liquor, and thus the development of Fenjiu must abide by the related laws and regulations and also correctly handle the relationship between growth, efficiency and quality of the environment. This article focused on the latest achievements in the aspects of the treatment of "three wastes" of Fenjiu, energy-saving and environmental protection, as well as the role of improving the quality of Fenjiu.
