摘要 综述ras基因及Ras蛋白的结构和主要功能,尤其是Ras蛋白在细胞分裂、增殖、凋亡等方面所起的重要作用,并着重概述Ras信号转导网络以及基于这些信号转导途径的抗肿瘤和抗微生物药物靶标研究。ras基因及其编码的Ras蛋白参与体内多种信号转导途径,在细胞信号传递中发挥"分子开关"作用,是信号转导的重要组织者。 ras Genes and the structure and major functions of ras-encoded Ras proteins, especially including their key role in cell division, proliferation and apoptosis, were reviewed. Ras signaling network and the potential targets for anti-tumor and anti-microorganism were emphatically summarized, ras and its products Ras proteins are involved in multiple signal transduction pathways and play a pivotal role of the molecular switch and integrator therein.
