摘要
通过正交试验研究了镁合金AZ91D化学镀酸洗液中各因素对试样表面状态、镀速、自腐蚀电流密度的影响,讨论了活化时间对基体表面状态的影响,测试了镁合金化学镀后的耐蚀性和耐磨性。得到了镁合金酸洗的最佳工艺:240g/LCrO3,40mL/LHNO3(w=68%),酸洗时间30s。最佳工艺所得镁合金AZ91D化学镀Ni–P镀层的耐蚀性和耐磨性得到了显著提高。
The influential factors for acid pickling solution of electroless plating on AZ91D magnesium alloy on the sample surface state, plating rate and corrosion current density were studied by orthogonal test. The influence of activation time on matrix surface state was discussed and the corrosion resistance and wear resistance of electrolessly plated magnesium alloy were tested. The optimal acid pickling process for magnesium alloy was obtained as follows: 240 g/L CrO3, 40 mL/L HNO3 (mass fraction 68%), and pickling time 30 s. The corrosion and wear resistance of the electroless Ni P deposit on magnesium alloy were improved remarkably.
