摘要
目的比较不同健康传播方法在社区健康教育中的效果,为社区健康传播方法的选择提供依据。方法采用小册子、培训、展版、宣传画、电视片等5种传播方法组成4类传播组合分别对4个干预组进行干预,比较不同传播方法的效果。结果4个干预组居民干预后合理营养知识知晓率分别由干预前的47.3%~89.3%之间,提高到53.6%~99.3%之间,干预前后知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而对照组干预前后变化不大。不同传播方法组合间干预效果存在显著性差异(P<0.01),干预方法越多效果越明显;不同传播方法的组合使传播的有效覆盖人群扩大,消除了干预前存在的居民随年龄增长知晓率下降的状况,居民因文化程度不同而存在的知晓率差距缩小;居民首选的传播方法为电化教育、小册子入户、定期培训。结论社区健康传播方法的选择应考虑方法的针对性和有效覆盖程度,首选覆盖面广的方法,并辅以人际传播。
Objective To compare the effects of different approaches for nutrition education, and to provide basis for further health communication among community residents. Methods d intervention groups were conducted different health education modes with 5 different methods, including disseminating brochures, regular training, exhibition boards, poster and short TV programs. Before and after intervention, questionnaire surveys were conducted to evaluate the effects. Results After intervention, the awareness rates of different knowledge items about nutrition were significantly increased in all 4 intervention groups (P 〈0. O1 ). Before intervention the awareness rates were between 47.3% and 89. 3% , and after intervention, the rates were between 53. 6% and 99. 3%. There were significantly differences between 4 intervention modes (P 〈0. 01 ). The more education methods were used in intervention, the more obvious effect the intervention got. The ef- fective combination of education methods could eliminate the trend that the awareness rate decreased as age increased and reduce the difference attributed to education levels. Conclusion In community nutrition education, the measures that could be population specific and reach wide population coverage would be the first choice, supplemented by interpersonal communication.
