摘要
制造网格是网络环境下制造资源共享的有效方式,资源建模与服务节点构建是基础。首先以服务类型为参照,从多个视角对制造资源进行了分类;其次提出了由资源层、资源表示层和资源接口层组成的制造网格资源统一抽象模型:资源层容纳各种各样的物理资源,表示层使用XML描述资源的属性信息,接口层使用WSDL定义对资源的访问操作。最后以企业标准件库系统(软件资源库类资源)和数控加工机床(硬件设备类资源)的封装为例验证了该模型的有效性。
The manufacturing grid is an effective manner of resource sharing in network environment. Modeling resources and constructing service node are the base. Firstly, manufacturing resources are classified from several angles of view according to various service types. Secondly, a unified abstract resource model is proposed, which is composed of a resource layer, an expression layer and an interface layer. All kinds of physical resources are contained in resource layer; resource data and information are encapsulated by XML Schema in expression layer; interfaces and operations are defined by using Web Service Description Language (WSDL) in interface layer. Lastly, being the validity check, an enterprise standard part library system (as software resource) and a numerical control machine (as hardware resource) are encapsulated into resource nodes.
