摘要 利用随钻压力测量技术实时获得的真实压力数据,可以优化钻井液密度和当量循环密度、选择最佳套管下入深度、提高钻井效率、识别油气层、改善地层评价、降低作业风险和钻井成本。这项技术已经成功应用于海上油田。文中系统介绍了斯仑贝谢、哈里伯顿、贝克休斯3家国外公司随钻压力测量仪器的技术特点、性能参数及应用情况。随着我国西部地区深井、超深井、大位移井等高难度井数量的增加及大量新探区的勘探开发,地层压力不确定因素会严重制约钻井效率,但同时也为随钻压力测量技术带来了有利的发展契机和广阔的应用前景。 The pressure survey while drilling can conduct the accurate and efficient measurement of formation pressure in the drilling environment. We can optimize the mud density and equivalent circulating density, select the optimal casing setting depth, increase the drilling efficiency, identify the oil-gas layer, improve the formation evaluation, reduce the operating risk and the drilling cost by the use of these real-time data. And this technology has been successfully applied to offshore fields. This article systematically introduces the technologies of pressure measurement while drilling of Schlumberger Company, Halliburton Company and Bakerhughes Company from the aspects of technical characteristics, performance and application. As the increase of high difficulty drilling and the exploration and development in new western prospects, the uncertainty factors of formation pressure will greatly restrict the drilling efficiency, which provides a great development opportunity for the pressure survey while drilling. The technology has a wide application foreground.
