摘要
采用二次正交回归方法设计了以CaO-Al2O3为基本组成,并添加MgO、BaO、CaF2、Na2O等组分的精炼渣;通过实验室系统地研究,建立了硫分配比与精炼渣组分质量分数关系的数学模型;确定了脱硫精炼渣的最佳组成。采用该精炼渣进行脱硫试验,可使钢中硫质量分数降至0.000 4%。
CaO-Al2O3 based refining slag, containing auxiliary components such as MgO,BaO, CaF2, Na2O is designed by quadratic orthogonal regression method in this paper. Through the systematic experiment research, mathematical model of the relations between the compositions content and the sulfur distribution ratio has been established, and the optimized compositions of the refining slag defined. [%S] in steel could be reduced to 0. 0004% by using the refining slag.
