摘要
通过调查研究,找出现存体制下存在的问题,在此基础上提出新的组织管理体系,增加人力物力的投入,协调好各相关机构的关系;切实解决教职工参与体育锻炼的实际问题;紧密教职工体育锻炼和工作生活的关联,并制定相应的激励机制,促使部分体弱多病,锻炼意识不强的教工参与到体育锻炼的行列中来。
The main content of the study subject is the organization and management model for the physical exercise of the faculties in the institutions of higher learning.We try to find the problems that exist in the present system through the inverstigation and study.On the basis of the study,we suggest that new organization and managemen system should be adopted;the fund of manpower and material resource should be increased;the relation between the revelant establishments should be better coordinated;the pracrical problems facing the faculties who join the the exercise should be solved effectively;the ties between the faculties' work,life and their exercise should be strengthened;the corresponding encouragement mechanism should be established with the intention to inspire those who are weak,or who have the feeble awareness of exercise to take part in it.
