摘要
超短半径径向水平井钻井技术是近几十年来发展起来的一项新型油田增产技术。利用该技术在早期或老期油气井、压裂效果不好的探井以及近井地带污染/堵塞严重的已开发井中开展试验,取得了较好的增产效果,但由于转向系统、水力破岩钻头等几项关键技术问题,一直没有得到大面积的推广应用。本文在分析常规径向水平井转向系统、破岩钻头等关键技术优缺点的同时,介绍了这几项关键技术近几年来国内外取得的新进展及其在煤层气钻井中的优势。
Ultra-short radius radial horizontal wells technology is a new stimulation for oil development in recent years. It has got a good stimulation effect in old oil or gas wells, bad fractured wells, and near borehole damage wells. However, this technology has not been used widely due to some critical technologies' problems such as turning system, hydraulic rock-breaking bit, etc. In this paper, both pros and cons of the critical technologies of common radial horizontal wells technology are analyzed. Meanwhile, new progresses and advantages in CBM drilling of these critical technologies both home and abroad are also introduced in detail.
