摘要
对19个紫花苜蓿品种发芽期的耐热性进行比较,结合田间试验,综合评价了各品种的耐热性。结果表明:相对发芽率、相对发芽指数随温度的升高而降低;田间热胁迫30d后,供试品种的株高和干草产量均比对照有所下降;叶片灼伤率和相对含水量在各品种之间差异较大。综合评价表明,19个品种中皇后2000属强耐热品种;萨兰多、爱菲尼特+Z、牧歌702、WL442、丰宝、三得利、改革者、盛世、ST04081耐热性较强;维克多、射手、名流、WL414、KF04082、Rampage、游客、赛特等品种中等耐热;威拉耐热性较弱。
The heat tolerance of 19 alfalfa varieties in germination period were studied and evaluated comprehensively combined with field experiment. The results showed that the relative germination rate and the relative germination index declined with the increase of temperature. After 30 days' heat stress in field, the height and dry forage yields of varieties decreased compared with control, and the relative water content and the leaf firing rate were different between different varieties. The results of comprehensive evalua- tion indicated that the tolerance of variety ' Empress 2000 ' to heat was the highest s that the varieties ' Sal- ado', 'Affinity+Z', 'Amerigraze 702', 'WL442', 'Powerplant', 'Sandti', 'Innovator', 'Millennium' and 'ST04081' were more tolerant to heats that 'Victor', 'Archer', 'Daisy', 'WL414', 'KF04082', 'Rampage', 'Eureka' and 'Site' were the varieties with moderate tolerance to heats While the variety 'Vela' was sensitive to heat.
