特殊教育教师的工作压力及应对策略研究 被引量:30

A Study on the Job Stress and Coping Strategies of Special School Teachers

摘要 为了了解特殊教育教师工作压力及应对策略现况,本研究采用问卷和访谈相结合的方法,对182位特殊教育教师进行了调查。结果显示:特殊教育教师存在一定程度的工作压力,最大的压力来自于学生管教方面;压力应对策略使用频率最高的为问题解决,其次为寻求支持;不同教龄、不同专业背景的特教教师在工作压力和应对策略上存在显著差异;不同性别教师在压力应对策略上存在显著差异。 In order to understand the job stress and coping strategies of special school teachers, this study employs questionnaire and interview to investigate 182 teachers. The results show that: special school teachers are experiencing moderate stress, and the major sources of stress are the problems caused by students. Secondly, the most popular coping strategy used by teachers is problem solving, followed by seek for support. Thirdly, there is significant difference of special school teachers in gender, teaching experience and professional background in terms of job stress and coping strategies.
