摘要
从环境保护的角度出发,对江汉油区高场集油站含油污泥取样化验分析,提出了混凝一浮选一回注工艺流程,即HFH含油污泥处理方法。试验结果表明:使用该方法可获得质量较好的原油,原油回收率达到95%以上,经济、环境及社会效益十分明显。
From the perspective of environmemal protection, based on the sample analysis of the oily sludge from Gaochang Oil Holding Station in Jianghan Oil Region, this article proposes coagulation--flotation--reinjection technical process, namely HFH oily sludge treatment method. The experiment results show that it is possible to obtain high--quality crude oil and remarkable economic efficiency, environmental and social benefits using this treatment method to dispose oily sludge, and that the crude oil recovery efficiency can reach above 95%.
