摘要
近年来,虚拟仪器在自动测试中的应用越来越广泛,基于VXI总线的虚拟仪器测试系统由于具有标准化程度高、兼容性强、可靠性好的特点,因此得到了快速发展。本文针对某型飞机电传操纵系统的测试需求,采用虚拟仪器技术,设计了一套基于VXI总线的测试系统。文章介绍了自动测试系统的总体构成、硬件实现以及软件设计,并着重考虑了系统安全性设计,保证在测试过程中,不会对飞机上被测设备产生损害。实践证明,该系统取得了测试精度高、测试速度快的良好效果。
In recent years, virtual instrument has been applied in the field of automatic test more extensively. Virtual instrument based on VXI bus is characterized by good standardization, strong compatibility and excellent reliability, so it develops rapidly. This paper describes a kind of a test system based on virtual instrument, it can be used in the test of airplane fly-by-wire system. This article introduces system structure, hardware configuration and software design. To make devices under test safe, the paper especially discusses the design of system security. This test system has the advantage of good precision and high speed in application.
