大型体育赛事赛会志愿者是赛事组委会或志愿者组织的受托人。这是赛会志愿者基于委托合同具有的基本法律地位,并决定了其与赛事组委会或志愿者组织之间的合同责任性质和具体内容,也影响着他们和志愿服务对象之间法律责任的承担方式。
Volunteers of large-scale sports events are trustees of the events organizing committee or volunteers organizations. The basic legal status of the trustees is based by the commissioned contract, and this decides the nature and specific contents of the contract responsibility between the events organizing committee or volunteers organizations and the volunteers, also affect legal accountability between them and their voluntary service clients.
