摘要
目的探讨β-cat和NF-κB在食管癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测78例食管癌和40例正常食管粘膜中β-cat和NF-κB的表达情况。结果β-cat在78例食管癌中的阳性率70.51%显著高于40例正常食管粘膜中的阳性率22.50%(P<0.05)。NF-κB在78例食管癌中的阳性率58.97%显著高于40例正常食管粘膜中的阳性率15.00%(P<0.05)。β-cat异常表达与食管癌的病理分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期具有相关性(P<0.05),NF-κB的表达与肿瘤淋巴结转移、病理分期相关(P<0.05)。食管癌中β-cat和NF-κB的表达相关(P<0.05)。结论β-cat和NF-κB在食管癌中表达上调,两者可能共同参与了食管癌的转移,在食管癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
Objective To study the expression of β-cat and NF-κB in human esophageal carcinoma and its significance. Methods The expression of β-cat and NF-κB in 78 cases of esophageal carcinoma and 40 cases of normal esophageal were detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive expression rate of β-cat in esophageal carcinoma was 70. 51%, which was much higher than that in normal esophageal (22. 50%)(P〈0.05). The positive expression rate of NF-κB in esophageal carcinoma was 58.87%, and which was higher than that in normal esophageal (15. 00%)(P〈0.05). The expression of β-cat was closely correlated with the differentiation, TNM and lymph nodes metastasis(P〈0. 05), while NF-κB positive staining was correlated with TNM and lymph nodes metastasis(P〈0. 05). The expression β-cat and NF-κB in esophageal carcinoma was correlated (P〈0. 05). Conclusion β-cat and NF-κB is up-regulated in esophageal carcinoma, both of them may play an important role in metastasis and proliferation during the occurance of esophageal carcinoma.
