摘要 骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)是多功能的生长因子,具有调节细胞的增殖和分化以及促进骨、软骨和牙组织生成的作用。下面通过细胞外对抗物、细胞内BMP抑制因子和负调节转录因子等内容就BMP信号通路的负向调节研究进展作一综述。 As a group of muhifunctional signal secreting molecules, bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) may not only modulate a broad array of cellular responses including proliferation, differentiation, migration and apoptosis, but also play key roles on the formation of bone, cartilage and even tooth. This review, which is about the progress of negative accommodation of BMP signal pathway, includes the features and functions of extra-cellular antagonists, intraellular antagonists, and negative transcription factors.
