摘要
对土壤样品的γ谱数据进行小波变换后,谱中统计涨落及其特征峰信号的小波变换模极大值随变换尺度增加呈现不同变化规律,依据这一特点设计出一种算法,用以检测复杂γ谱中的特征峰。以土壤样品γ谱的137Cs核素的特征峰为对象进行研究。结果表明,设计的算法达到了检测特征峰的目的,且通过建立特征峰计数与模极大值的关系,可算出特征峰的面积。
After the wavelet transform to γray spectra, modulus maximum of statistical fluctuation and characteristic peak vary with the transforming scale. According to this characteristic, an arithmetic to detect low signal in γ-ray spectra was designed. Characteristic peak of 137Cs in soil sample is the object in this work. The result proves that this arithmetic can detect low signal, and the intensity of signal can also be calculated by fitting intensity with modulus maximum.
