摘要
通过小鼠林蛙油喂养实验可以发现,林蛙油具有明显的提高超氧化物岐化酶、过氧化氢酶、谷光甘肽酶的活性,且1%酶解液可明显减少鼠体内的MDA、NO水平。所以,林蛙油有抗氧化作用。
Different doses ofOviductus Ranae and its hydrolysate were added to the feed of mice to investigate their antioxidant activities. It was found that Oviductus Ranae can significantly improve the activities of superoxide dismutase,catalase and glutathione reductase, and 1% hydrolysate of Oviductus Ranae added to the feed of also can significantly reduce the MDA and NO levels. Therefore, Oviductus Ranae has some antioxidant effects.
