机场水泥混凝土道面土基强度和变形标准分析 被引量:7

摘要 为了确定机场水泥混凝土道面土基的合理强度,运用美国联邦航空局(Federal Aviation Administration,FAA)基于弹性层状理论的道面设计方法(LEDFAA),对比分析了土基反应模量等道面结构参数对混凝土板厚的影响.为了确定土基的容许残余变形,分析了土基均匀沉降对道面使用性能的影响,以及通过有限元数值模拟方法分析了不均匀沉降对道面结构性能的影响.结果表明,土基强度对混凝土板厚度的影响较其他设计参数更为明显,反应模量宜控制在40-60 MN.m^-3;土基的均匀沉降主要影响道面的标高和排水性能,应小于10 cm;土基的不均匀沉降使道面结构与土基出现脱空,应控制其变形断面的曲率. The objective of the study is to determine the appropriate criteria of subgrade strength and deformation for airport rigid pavement. Based on LEDFAA pavement design procedure, analytic and comparative studies are conducted on the effects of pavement structural parameters on concrete slab thickness. The influence of subgrade deformation on pavement structural and functional performances is also studied by theoretical analysis and finite element analysis. The results show that concrete slab thickness is more sensitive to subgrade strength (modulus of soil reaction) than other parameters, and the appropriate value is 40- 60 MN· m^- 3. The uniform settlement of subgrade influences the altitude and drainage capability of pavement, and the allowable value should be less than 10cm. The differential settlement of subgrade leads to cavity beneath slabs, and the curvature of differential settlement section should be controlled.
