气胎离合器状态信号非接触耦合及监测装置的设计与试验

摘要 在深入分析气胎离合器常用的电刷-滑环接触式信号装置存在的缺陷的基础上,提出采用非接触式信号耦合传输技术的改进思路和实现方法,设计和研制了信号耦合和处理电路板,试验结果表明,非接触式信号耦合技术可解决传统的接触式信号传输方法在舰船特殊工作环境下不可避免的问题. The defects of the pneumatic clutch signal monitoring device based on traditional contacting method are firstly analyzed. To overcome the problem, the scheme and technical measures by use of non-contact coupling aids are put forwarded. And then, the corresponding signal coupling and processing circuit board is designed and developed. The experiment results show that new method used in this paper is effective to solve the unavoidable problem concerned with contacting signal processing device.
