摘要
介绍了一种基于灰色残差修正模型的机床切削力预测的建模方法。仿真结果表明,这种新的建模方法具有较高的精度,为高度复杂的非线性模型化提供了一条新途经。此方法利用某一机床厂具体的数据进行检验,得到了满意的结果。
Forecast had widely applied in science technology field. This paper proposed a grey modeling method for cutting forces forecasting based on grey theory. The model prediction result is compared to the experimental data to test the reliability of the grey amended model. The method provides a new approach for modeling of high complicated nonlinear system. The proposed model is tested by using data of a big machine tool enterprise in Henan Province,while cutting force forecasts with satisfying accuracy are reported.
