摘要
采用组合焊缝试件和对接焊缝试件对药芯焊丝CO2气体保护焊主要焊接参数如焊接电流、电弧电压、焊丝伸出长度、保护气体流量等进行焊接工艺试验分析,并对焊后热处理的焊接接头进行了化学成分、金相组织及力学性能的测定。结果表明氩弧焊打底+药芯焊丝气体保护焊是提高锅炉产品(锅筒、集箱)上"T"型对接接头尤其是Φ159以上厚壁管接头的焊接效率和质量的有效方法。
This paper carried out welding technology and test analysis for the main parameters of CO2 gas shielded welding of fluxcored wire, such as welding current, arc voltage, the throw out length of wire, shield gas flow, by using of the test pieces of composite weld seam and butt welded seam. And after postweld heat treatment, the chemical composition and metallurgical structure and mechanical properties of welding joints were determined. The analysis results indicate that integrating argon arc root welding + flux-cored gas protection welding is an efficient method to improve the welding efficiency and quality of the "T'-type butt joint on the boilers(drum,header),especially for the thick-wall pipe joint of diameter more than Ф159.
