摘要
通过分析300 MW CFB锅炉在启动过程中出现的装填床料不足、点火升温升压速率难以的控制、外置床投运时机不好把握、床压越来越低等问题,总结出300 MW CFB锅炉的启动经验,并指出300 MWCFB锅炉在启动过程中应避免的问题以及注意事项。
From the analyzing the problems of materials loading, in duding the ignition, the speed control in the temprature and pressure, commission and operation of the external bed and bed pressure getting lower encountered in the process of 300MW CFB boilers starting, which summaries the valuable experiences for 300MW CFB starting and point out the problems should avoid and points for attention during the 300MW CFB boiler starting process.
