不同采种期对喜树种子萌发及生理代谢的影响 被引量:9

摘要 研究了3个不同采收期(秋种、冬种、雪后种)对喜树种子萌发特性的影响,结果表明:3期种子的萌发特性具有显著性差异,雪后种的种子发芽高峰期比秋种提早6 d,发芽率增加了34.75%,发芽势提高了148.84%,根长增加了33.83%,活力指数121.92%。与秋种相比,发芽过程中冬种和雪后种的SOD、POD活性增强,脯氨酸含量提高,MDA、H2O2含量下降,以雪后种差异最明显。这些结果表明适度的延迟采收、自然低温有利于打破喜树种子休眠,促进种子的代谢活动,增强抗性能力,使种子能够快速、整齐、健壮地发芽。 The effects of seed collection stages, including stage I( collected in autumn), stage II (collected in winter) and stage Ⅲ (collected after first snow of winter), on the germination and physiological metabohsm of Camptotheca acuminate Decne seeds were studied in this paper. The results showed that seed collection stages had significant influences on germination characteristics. In comparison with the seeds of stage Ⅰ, the germination peak of seeds of stage Ⅲ arrived at 6 days earlier, and the germination rate, germination potential and root length was increased by 34. 75%, 148.84% and 33.83%, respectively. And the vigor index was increased by 121.92%. Physiologically, the SOD and POD activity and proline content in the seeds of stage 1I and stage Ⅲ were higher than that in the seeds of stage I, while the content of MDA and H2O2 in the seeds of stage Ⅱ and stage Ⅲ were lower than that in the seeds of stage I. This indicated that seed quality of Camptotheca acuminate Decne could be significantly improved by postponing the collection due to dormancy broken by low temperature in natural environment.
