摘要 目的研究丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的寄生习性。方法解剖计数丽蝇蛹集金小蜂在蝇蛹内的产卵部位及不同产卵次数对其寄生能力的影响。结果取食蜂蜜水可显著延长丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂的寿命,丽蝇蛹集金小蜂主要产卵于蝇蛹的腹部,且以腹面为主,交配与否对丽蝇蛹集金小蜂雌蜂的寄生能力无明显影响,但该蜂的寄生能力随产卵次数的增加而下降。结论丽蝇蛹集金小蜂的寄生能力与寄生次数相关。 Objective The parasitic behavior of female Nasonia vitripennis was studied. Methods Dissecting the parasitized fly pupae, the eggs number of female N. vitripennis laid in different parts of the three species of fly pupae was counted. The effect of parasitic times on the fecundity of female N. vitripennis was studied. Results Feeding with 20% honey water, the longevity of female was prolonged significantly. The female N. vitripennis mainly laid eggs in the abdomen of its host flies, especially on the sternites. Mating or not had no significant effect on the parasitic ability of the female parasitoid, but the fecundity of the parasitoid was decreased with the increase of the parasitic times. Conclusion The parasitic ability of female N. vitripennis had correlation with the parasitic times.
