摘要
以北京科技大学查新站为例,探讨了提高科技查新质量的具体措施,包括健全各项规章制度,优化科技查新人员的结构,提高查新人员的素质,完善文献保障体系,强化科技查新的质量控制等。
Taking the novelty retrieval station of Beijing University of Science and Technology as the example, this paper probes into the concrete measures for improving the quality of sci-tech novelty retrieval work, sueh as perfecting all regulations and systems, optimizing the structure of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel, improving the quality of sci-tech novelty retrieval personnel, perfecting literature supporting system, and strengthening the quality control of sci-tech novelty retrieval, etc.
