摘要
健康查体档案信息管理系统是使用Internet的WWW技术,提供健康查体档案记录阅读手段。该系统能将数据库以及文件中存放的各类健康查体结果信息转换为HTML格式,以一体化的形式提供医师查阅。然后利用Excel的电子邮件功能将每个人的健康信息与医生提出的治疗、保健指导意见,以及历年的有关体检数据或信息用直方图的形式发送给查体本人,或者通过打印系统把结果提供给本人。从而做到让查体结果异常者及时采取医疗、预防保健等措施。此系统能连续观察整个社区人群历年的健康动态,及时发现社区人群中的常见病和多发病流行趋势,便于及早进行健康保健指导和治疗,也有利于社区传染病的预防,提高全民健康水平。
Informational management system for health archives in community health care provides an intemet- and WWW-based tool for recording and reading health-care archives. This system can transform different kinds of health checkups and documents stored in the database into a unified HTML format for medics to check individuals＇ health information, and send through email to individuals about their health information, curing and health-care suggestions by doctors, and pastyears＇ health checkups of physical examination that are expressed in histogram formats. It can also provide the results to individuals by printing system so that those abnormal can take medical treatment or health protection in time. The system can help to find the trends in common diseases among community population in time by continuous and dynamic analysis on health conditions of the population in past years and provide health-care guidance as well as therapy betimes. It is also propitious to protect community population from infectious diseases and improve health-care level.
