摘要
再制造装配是再制造工艺过程的重要内容,对保证再制造产品质量,降低再制造费用和时间都具有重要作用。本文探讨了废旧产品再制造装配的相关内涵,分析了再制造装配的工作及精度要求,综述了再制造装配的相关方法及特点,并探讨了制定再制造装配工艺规程的内容和步骤,对推进废旧产品再制造的工业化应用提供了有益参考。
Remanufacturing assembly is the emphasis content for remanufacturing processes,which plays a key role for assuring remanufactured product quality and reducing remanufacturing cost and time.This paper introduces the related connotation of remanufacturing assembly,and analyzes the task and precision requirement of remanufacturing assembly,also summarizes the methods and characteristic of remanufacturing assembly,finally discusses the content and process for establishing remanufactur- ing assembly techniques rules,which will provide available refer- ence for promoting industrialization application of used product remanufacturing.
