KISS-1蛋白在胃癌中的表达及临床病理意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测KISS-1在胃癌中的蛋白表达,探讨其临床病理意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测45例胃癌、23例癌旁非典型增生及21例正常胃黏膜中KISS-1蛋白的表达,分析其与胃癌的发生、发展及浸润、转移的关系。结果KISS-1蛋白在正常胃黏膜、癌旁非典型和癌组织中表达率依次降低,分别为90.48%(19/21)、60.87%(14/23)和35.56%(16/45),差异有显著性(P<0.05);KISS-1蛋白表达与胃癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与分化及性别无关(P>0.05)。结论KISS-1的低表达与胃癌的发生、发展及浸润、转移密切相关。
