摘要
目的:探讨角膜穿孔伤伴外伤性白内障的手术方法及时机。方法:对51例(51眼)角膜穿孔伤伴外伤性白内障患者中的44例急诊行角膜全层裂伤清创缝合术;51例于伤后3～10天施行小切口非超声乳化术及人工晶体植入术,其中囊袋内或睫状沟内植入人工晶体49例、放弃植入人工晶体2例。结果:术后矫正视力低于0.05者4例、0.05～0.25者14例、0.3～1.0者33例。结论:角膜穿孔伴外伤性白内障行小切口非超声乳化术及人工晶体植入术可获得满意的疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective： To analyse the time and method of surgical treatment of perforating corneal injury with traumatic cataract. Methods： Corneal lacerations were sutured in 51 eyes of perforating corneal injury with traumatic cataract,3-10 days after the surgery or the wound,small incision non-phacoemulsification surgical with intraocular lens implantation was performed in 49 eyes, 2 eyes were given up implanting intraocular lens. Results：Post-operative beat corrected visual acuity of 4 eyes were d0.05,of 14 eyes were 0. 05-0.25,and 33 eyes were 0. 3-1.0. No severe complications were found. Conclusions： An urgent suturing of corneal laceration is very important for patients of perforating corneal injury with traumatic cataract, and 3 - 10 days after the suturing or the wound, small incision non phacoemulsification surgery with intraocular lens implantation will effectively decrease complications and improve the visual function of the patients.
