摘要
为掌握甘肃小麦育成品种与地方品种的品质现状和差异,检测分析了326份育成小麦品种和257份地方品种的主要品质性状。结果表明,与小麦地方品种相比,育成品种籽粒粗蛋白含量、沉淀值、湿面筋含量、硬度和赖氨酸分别下降14.0%、13.2%、19.1%、10.8%和8.0%;冬小麦育成品种5项品质性状比冬小麦地方品种分别降低12.9%、10.6%、17.6%、5.5%和5.8%;春小麦育成品种5项品质性状比春小麦地方品种分别下降11.1%、7.8%、16.7%、15.3%和10.6%。与春小麦育成品种相比,冬小麦育成品种5项品质分别高出18.1%、12.0%、12.9%、18.7%和16.7%。发现32个育成品种和117个地方品种符合优质小麦强筋标准,110个育成品种和33个地方品种符合优质小麦弱筋标准。
In order to learn the situation and difference of quality between the wheat cultivars bred and wheat landraces in Gansu, we detected and analyzed the main quality characters of 326 wheat cultivars bred and 257 landraces from Gansu. The results showed that there exited differences in five quality characters of the content of grain crude protein, sedimentation value, wet gluten content, hardness and lysine content between the wheat cultivars bred and wheat landraces. Compared with wheat landraces, in general, the content of grain crude protein, sedimentation value, wet gluten content, hardness and lysine content of the wheat cultivar bred decreased 14.00/60,13.2% ,19.1% ,10.8% and 8.0% respectively, while that of the winter wheat cultivar bred decreased 12.9%,10.6% ,17.6% ,5.5% and 5.8% and that of the spring wheat cultivar bred decreased 11.1%,7.8% ,16.7%15.3% and 10.6%, respectively. That of the winter wheat cultivar bred is higher than the spring wheat cultivar bred about 18.1%,12.0%,12.9%,18.7% and 16.7%, respectively. Among all the 257 wheat landraces, 117 with quality indexes exceeded the criterion of strong gluten wheat were found, and 110 of the 326 wheat cultivars bred with quality exceeded the criterion of weak gluten wheat were found.
