摘要
采用热重法对几家钢厂煤粉在不同干馏温度下二氧化碳(CO2)气化反应性进行研究。实验结果表明:喷吹煤粉的碳转化率在相同反应温度下随干馏温度的升高而减小,最大气化反应速率随干馏温度的升高逐渐增大。动力学计算表明各钢厂喷吹煤粉的气化反应级数为2/3,活化能以及指前因子随干馏温度的升高而增大。
Gasification reactivity of carbondioxide under diffrent dry distillation temperature were studied based on thermogravimetry with pulverized coal in several steel plants. The results show that, the carbon conversion of pulverized coal injection decreases with the increase of temperature, the maximum gasification rate increases gradually with the increase of temperature. Dynamic calculation shows that the gasification reaction series is 2/3, activity energy and pre-exponential factor increases with the increase of temperature.
