可重构柔性模具蒙皮拉形闭环形状控制系统设计 被引量:1

摘要 蒙皮拉形过程中板料的成形是一个复杂的非线性变形过程,拉形模具设计技术还停留在经验设计阶段,采用实体拉形模具,需要经过多次修模才能修正零件的回弹。可重构柔性模具能够迅速修改模具型面,主动补偿零件回弹,获得准确的零件曲面。文章从控制理论的角度阐述了可重构柔性模具型面设计技术,以模具型面为输入值,蒙皮零件形状为控制目标,设计出变形传递函数,并结合闭环形状控制算法,开发了蒙皮拉形闭环形状控制程序,并在拉形试验平台进行了实验验证,取得了满意的效果。 Skin stretch forming is a complex non-linear deformation process. Stretch forming tool design methodology is still based on experience, and solid stretch tooling can only modify its surface many times to compensate the springhack. Reconfigurable tooling can modify surface rapidly, and it can gain the exact skin part by adjusting the reconfigurable tooling surface. In this paper, viewing at the control theory, reconfigurable tooling design method is discussed. Taking the tools shape as the input, the skin part as the output, the closed-loop shape control system is established, the associated control algorithm is designed in stretch forming control software, and the methodology is tested by skin stretch forming experiments.
