The mathematical model research of deformation resistance of V-5Cr-5Ti alloys

摘要 用热压缩实验研究了不同变形温度、变形程度和应变速率对V-5Cr-5Ti合金的变形抗力的影响。通过对实验数据分析,采用非线性回归方法建立了V-5Cr-5Ti合金的变形抗力模型。再经理论计算与实测值的比较,证明模型具有较好的线性拟合性。 Deformation resistance of V-5Cr-5Ti alloys was researched by hot comprassion under different deformation temperatures, different deformation velocities and different deformation degrees. Through non-lineaer regression analysis the experimental data, the mathematical model of deformation resistance that was high fitting precision for flow stress of V-5Cr-5Ti alloys was presented.
