摘要
探析了当前我国高校建立图书馆学科馆员制度的必要性及面临的问题与困境,提出了发展学科馆员制度的相关方针和策略。
This paper probes into the necessity of establishing the subject librarian system in our country＇s university library at present, expounds some problems and difficulties faced by the establishment of the subject librarian system, and puts forward some relevant policies and strategies for developing the subject librarian system.
