摘要
随着学科的发展和进步,高校对图书馆的服务提出更高的要求,"学科馆员"应运而生,普遍设立"学科馆员"已成为大趋势。高校图书馆只有不断改造队伍,使其高级人才在计算机,科研、信息、外语、公关等能力方面有所提高,成为独当一面的学科馆员,才能更好地为学校院系服务。
With the development and progress of subjects, college puts forward higher requirement for the service of college library. ＂Librarians of Subjects＂ emerges as the times require. It has become a great tendency to establish ＂Librarian of Subjects＂ generally. College library can realize ＂Both-side Benefit＂ only by optimizing the stuff continuously, making its advanced talents improve their abilities in some fields such as computer, scientific research, information, foreign language and public relations, and becoming competent ＂Librarians of Subjects＂ to serve the college departments better.
