摘要
传统理论认为,FDI在很大程度上是对国际贸易的一种替代,本文主要使用上海地区的经验数据,对上海市实际利用外资同进出口之间的关系进行了协整分析,指出上海市FDI与进出口之间较弱的趋同性以及FDI行业分布同上海市贸易密集行业的不一致是造成上海市FDI与进出口不具有长期均衡关系的主要原因。
According to traditional theory, FDI is largely an alternative to the international trade. Based on Shang-hai＇s data, this paper makes the cointegration analysis between the foreign direct investment and Shang-hai＇s import and export. And the conclusion is that the reason that there is no long-term balance between the FDI and Shang-hai＇s foreign trade may be attributed to the weak synchronization and inconsistent between them.
