摘要 研究了在Pro/E Wildfire 3.0环境下对渐开线直齿锥齿轮进行参数化设计的方法,保证了齿形的准确性.运用该设计方法设计不同齿数的齿轮时只需输入齿轮的已知参数就可迅速、精确地生成所需的三维实体模型,大大提高了设计效率. Introduce the methodologies and steps for the involute straight cone gear in envi ronment of Pro/E 3.0. Based on principle, using equation build up the involute. Consequently we can ensure the accuracy of the involute gear shape. The designer only needs to input the gear parameters, then three dimensional entity models may be created rapidly and precisely with the efficiency of design upgraded. And dynamic simulation is executed by using mecha- nism module, The foundation for further designing manufacturing and engineering analysis are also established.
