摘要
发展学生党员是高校党建工作的重要内容。在新形势下,如何构建科学的学生党员发展质量体系,是高校党组织面临的重要课题。问卷调查显示,目前学生党员发展质量整体情况较好,但也存在一些问题。高校发展学生党员必须从完善组织设置、健全规章制度、重视培养教育三方面规范培养方法,构建科学的质量管理体系,以确保大学生党员数量和质量。
Recruiting student Party members is a crucial part for Party construction work at colleges and universities. Under the new circumstances, establishing a scientific quality management system has become an important issue for Party Commit tees at colleges and universities. A recent survey indicates that the general quality of the work is satisfactory despite some problems. When it comes to this issue, efforts should be made to improve the organizational setting, to perfect rules and regu lations, and to highlight training and education, thus establishing scientific management system and ensuring a harmonious development of quality and quantity of student Party members .
