摘要
针对TG328天平出现横梁不等臂性调修困难的状况,根据杠杆平衡原理,调整天平横梁两臂的臂比关系,采用了带全量调偏差和大偏差消除法等调整方法,把天平横梁两个边刀距离调到相等的位置,消除两臂不等的状况,使天平空秤平衡位置与全秤平衡位置一致,消除偏差,提高天平的正确性,使其性能达到国家规定的标准范围。
In order to solve the difficulty for adjusting the unequal arm error of the TG328 balance. According to the theory of lever balance, the ann length ratio of the two arms of the balance crossbeam was adjusted with the belt population parameter to adjust the deviation, and with the big deviation eliminates regulation and other adjustment methods and main points. Then the distances of the two ribs of the balance were adjusted to be equal to eliminate the unequal error. Through the above operations, the balance position of the unloaded balance is overlapping with that of the total balance, so the unequal error was eliminated and the aceuracy of the balanee was improved. Finally, the properties of the balance can satisfy the requirements of the national standards.
