摘要
以聚醚砜(PES)为膜材料,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为添加剂,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,用相转化法制备了超滤膜。利用正交试验法,研究了制膜参数PES浓度、PVP浓度、凝固浴温度、凝固时间对膜性能的影响显著程度,其中PES浓度、PVP浓度、凝固浴温度对膜通量和截流率都有显著影响;并进一步探讨了这三个显著因素对膜性能的影响规律,得出制备截留分子量为67 000的超滤膜的最佳条件为:PES浓度16%~22%,PVP浓度10%~12%,凝固浴温度308 K^313 K,凝固时间1 200 s^1 800 s。
Polyethersulfone(PES) uhrafihration membrane was successfully prepared by means of phase inversion method, with PES as raw material, Polyvinyl Pyrrolidone(PVP) as additive, and dimethylacetamide(DMAc) as solvent. The effects of PES concentration in the casting solution, the additive concentration, the temperature of gelation bath, and gelation time on the membrane performance were investigated. Three of them have the obvious effect. The optimum preparation parameters were determined as follows:PES concentration 16% -22%, PVP concentration 10% -12%, gel temperature 308 K-313 K, gelation time1 200 s-1 800s.
