摘要
为了研究拟除虫菊酯对水环境的危害,为制订安全的水质标准提供理论依据,研究7种常见拟除虫菊酯对4种鱼类、水蚤和藻类的毒性,结果表明:拟除虫菊酯对所有试验生物均属剧毒,其中水蚤最为敏感,藻类较不敏感,而鱼类(除泥鳅)的敏感性相近.α-氰基和卤族元素会增加拟除是菊酯对水生生物的毒怀,由于发药商品中性含液剂二甲苯的毒性比试验中农药原药所用济剂丙酮的毒性高。
Acute toxicity were induced by seven synthetic pyrethroid insecticides to four fishes, Daphnia and algae. Pyrethroids were extremely toxic to tested organisms. 96h LC 50 values were in the range of μg/L.Daphnia was most sensitive to pyrethroids and there was little difference between different fishes in LC 50 values. Alga was less sensitive to pyrethroids than animals. Results indicated that α -cyano and halogan element increased the toxicity of pyrethroids to aquatic organisms. Commercial pyrethroids dissolved in xylene and emulsifier nongru 2 201 were a little more toxic than crude products disolved in acetone due to defferent toxicity of solvents.
